Cancellation Policy

Please note: During the Covid 19 Virus pandemic, Elves Care cancellation policy in-line with the NDIS notice, which can be found here.

Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled service. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot with someone who needs us. You may cancel by phone, SMS or online (contact tab). Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the service date, will not attract a charge.

Less than 48 hours and 3 hours notice prior to the service, Elves Care will charge 90% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment.  If we get less than 3 hours cancellation notice then the full service fee will apply. For a cancellation of weekend support, you must notify Elves Care by 5 pm on the previous Thursday to avoid a cancellation fee. For no shows, Elves Care will charge the full amount of the agreed price.

We know that people are busy and sometimes forget an appointment, but please keep in mind that our staff have made a commitment to you!
